| Sigh, so my mom went to return her new phone because she didn't like it. For the longest time, she was trying to find a phone on sprint with a regular telephone ring, and that it was loud enough. Well, she just looked for that, and didn't look for her other criteria; screen font and being able to change the outside display.
Well, my folks went to sprint today to return the phone, and switch back to her 6/7 year old phone. When reactivating the phone, they switched all the numbers in our family plan. So, they put my brother's (with the brand new Pre) number for my mom's phone, so they found out easily.
I think my pops is calling sprint retention for more free shit. They have absolutely mishandled everything the last few weeks. I also just heard they tried getting a quick one past my dad for charging some ridiculous amount of "roaming" charges while they were in Canada. Total f_ckups they are, I hope my mom leaves to another company so I can follow.
