but in all honesty, I remember Denny saying it was terrible for your throat (higher risk for throat cancer and all).

I think it's similar to using a Cigar Tip... You have to stay extremely hydrated...

Thats one of the reasons I dont use a cigar tip very often (except when testing new tobacco's)
