| | | I've thought for a while that a tutoring program could be very succesful.
Maybe have pre scheduled times for people to get together on a server with a few of the anchor sR members in charge to teach tricks and strategies of the respective games.
For instance having a session on weapons in CSS where the teachers could be on heasets and demonstrate techniques and strategies for each type of weapon, where to aim, how to move, etc. to make the best of what you've got. They could also teach strategies on particular maps, how to work as a team, the possibilities are endless. Well, not really, but I could use some pointers so I'm sure others could as well.
This might improve the regular players skillz, and raise the level of competition on the servers. I'm sure it would also help peeps to get to know each other and build comradery.
We could have donuts and kool aid too. |

| We could also do this through a series of tutorial demos

| | | I think the tutorial demos is a better idea.
No certain time to have to be somewhere, and the person making them can do it whenever they have free time.
I think this is the best idea so far. |

| | | Tutorial demos sounds like a good idea too, but I think a live class with people there would allow more members to get to know each other and bond. I haven't mentioned this idea to this point as I can see how it would be a real handful to have a bunch of idiots milling around trying to be funny while others are trying to learn.
And the doughnuts and Kool Aid would be awesome. | | |
