sR .:. Tag enforcement

are we worry at all im non sr member are wereing the tag with out being logged on witht he forums????

ive been checking MOST sr tags that ive seen in game like yesterday had this guy (qwerty) wereing the sr tag in assault never seen him before so i asked him hey have u been to the site and signed up yet? he told me no so i sent him a lik to the site got him setup with joining.

now should we keep doign this stuff or just let em get by??

I'd rather we weren't nazi's about stuff like this. Yes it would be nice to have people check out the site and especially the rules, but I've never been a fan of forcing people to do things they don't want to do.

yea, see the tag is almost like a badge of honor, when you wear it you mean something, so when someone wears it and acts like an asshat, it makes the rest of us look bad, so its just good for someone to understand what tag their wearing and whats behind it (rules, community, etc.)

From my understanding, you at least need to play on the server for awhile, get to know the regulars and post on the forums every so often. Which isn't a hard task to do if you really want to wear the sR tag.

anybody can wear the sR tag. However, anyone wearing said tag is acknowledging that they are part of sR and understand the rules and ideals that sR represents.

admins (and I think I speak for most of them when I say this) are more likely to be more strict toward those wearing the tag and regulars than those not wearing the tag. The tag is an honor, and a responsibility.

Indeed, it is also worth noting that many members play with multiple handles while under the tag. So we generally let it go unless their actions do not befit an sR member.
