    They need a better color scheme, very hard to read. So where is this anyway, couldn't find a location.

    What I think would be really great, LAN across America. Get a LAN link all the way across the country. It would be difficult in some places, but it could be done.

    Alternately, how about a WLAN Rally across America? Take a number of vans, RV's, whatevers, and by keeping in relative distance to each other, drive across the country while continuously connected via wireless. Teams would compete for both time of the trip and points scored. Link Loss would be penalized with extra time for every second any team member is off line.

    Having just recently gotten back into gaming after 3 or 4 years, and never ever having been to a LAN party, would this be a bad time to start? Just started reading about the event, and I am very interested in attending. Looks like a blast.

    I'd start off with some smaller lans, at your neighbors, 10-20 people. I did. Now I go to lans in south florida, theyre really fun.
