According to the head of Silicon Knights (Too Human, Eternal Darkness, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes), the 360 and the PS3 are the same when it comes to power. He points out that the lack of of ram on the PS3 is compensated for with its better processing power, but that its the opposite when it comes down to the 360 and its abundance of ram, but less powerful processor.
He also claims that other developers feel the same...
