anyhow, my call experience to MS support wasn't nearly as bad thankfully. i did get a female CSR with a Indian accent, however she was pretty nice. of course my warranty was extended because it was made in 2005.
however, i could see this story to be true (some people who replied seem to think otherwise.) i was on the phone with an AT&T support for my brother's DSL and the Indian-accented CSR kept interrupting me and/or didn't want to listen to me. i finally just hung up and figured the problem out myself seeing as though he couldn't.
