Any modding going on around here?

Just as the title asks, any 360 mods you guys have?

I'm waiting for my lid to come back from perfect cuts for my plexiglass window and some other various parts.

Any firmware mods?
Success stories and the like.

With a window on it. Should be fun. I'll have pics up when its complete.

It was fairly easy to mod the firmware and everything.

as a longtime member of the modding community, i abhor any 'mods' done by others.

Dremel + mistakes + $$$ = modding

if you can find Trip7 around here on the forums (hes kinda rare on the forums so try our ventrilo to find him) but i know hes in the process of watercooling his 360, but good luck to your modding

I modded my dvd firmware, does that count?

I've never touched a dremel and I really wouldn't want to "test" a plexiglass cut to a 70 dollar, 360 lid.
