360 wireless adaptar alternatives

Im looking to set my 360 up wirelessly, but i dont feel like spending 100 bucks on the adapter, ive heard of some people using USB wireless adapters, or creating a wireless bridge between routers, are either of those going to slow down my connection, or would i just be further ahead to use the adapter?

even with the MS adapter, I found it slow as hell. went back to wired and returned the adapter. for what it's worth

bridge it with a laptop that is connected to your wireless network

what if i dont have a lappy, could i do it with a regular desktop pc?

you can hook it up to desktop that is connected wireless i believe

i think ill try the bridge, if it dosent work ill return the router and figure something else out.

I just found a thread that a guy was selling off a bunch for 60 shipped on hardforums and so far I love the adapter no lag for meez even at like 100 feet distance lol
