360 music to flash drive?

i have some music saved on my 360. is it possible to move it over to a cd? or to a flash drive? Not the other way around - im NOT trying to get music from the flash drive to the 360.

you can get microsoft media center link going and transfer them to your computer i believe, or maybe thats just steam not actually transfer

but what if its under "my music". it isnt currently in media center. i ripped the music from a cd, and lost the cd. the songs are important bc theyre unreleased and i need them bad.
