Lol, I work in the Information Management dept. or ITS or whatever you want to call the Tech people in a College as one of the senior Help Desk people... so yeah... I help people day in and day out with various computer/networking problems. weeeeee!

real customer service question: "now that comes with the latest version of that internet, right?"
