You guys should look into a bluefin tuna filet steak. Lightly pan seared with a deep red center. I swear it tastes better than most filet mignon. (It'll be mad pricey though)
Speaking of raw/semiraw fish, I've been going a lot to my local all-you-can-eat sushi resturant. It's one of those ones where you order on cards and they bring everything out in rounds. I've been destroying tons of j.b. rolls, dancing eel rolls, rainbow rolls, handrolls and shrimp tempura everything. Only problem with the place is depending on when you go, you can catch it on an off night. (never has happened to me on a saturday, when I usually go)
