And you can keep all your steak sauces. Put on some Tony Charchere's cajun seasoning as you grill the meat and it's heaven. Also good on chicken, fish, in soup, etc.

well usually that's how I roll with a nice fillet Denny...but that sauce has a nice red wine base to it that is a nice touch in small amounts.

Ever have steak tartare? Marinated chopped or ground steak served raw. The marinade effectively has the result of cooking the meat. If you like rare beef, it's worth asking for at a restaurant (It's never on the menu because of the ecoli panic.)

Here in NY it's a little hard to come by... for years, I'd have to rely on a friend who had some oil concerns in Louisiana and flew down there every 6 months. I finally found a local store that carries the schtuff.
