Well right now my life is chaos. School is suffering, family is pissing me off and annoying the hell out of me, I need to get my fat, 200 lbs ass out of the computer chair and get in shape. So i am going to take a break, from all computers. I need to get my life in order.

But anyways, Good Luck, i get together every morning with a group of friends and go to our Highschool weight room and "pump some iron", then we jog til we cant jog no more(which isnt that far, but every day it gets alittle farther).

my only advice is that if you are having a hard time motivating yourself, get a friend or family member to go on your diet and do your excercise routine with you. Its the best sort of support for this thing. see you soon
