Grand Theft Auto IV Trailer

Apparently this is a new trailer for the upcoming Rockstar Games title, GTA IV.

I'm not really a GTA guy, but mostly because I just never played any of them. Maybe I'll try this...meh, I dunno. It just feels like they're beating a dead horse at this point with the franchise.

looks clunky. But then again, they always did. They get old after about the first half hour and the novelty of random violence wears off.

and who would have thought that could ever happen

if you ask GTA fans it's the greatest innovation in gaming. ask anyone else and they all answer the same "i got sick of just killing everything after about 2 hours"

I actually like the missions, it is an innovation in gaming... it made the free roam type of gameplay popular, not only the fans acknowledge that... everyone does.

Personally, I really like the GTA series... I like the free roam aspect of it... and it is also a unique environment where it is complete unreality since you wouldn't even think about doing 90% of the stuff that you do in game in real life.

I think that the missions are fair but really the game only seems to appeal to the younger crowd... if I had a PS3 or an Xbox 360 I would buy it... but its not worth me buying the system just for this game, however, I really like Metal Gear Solid so I might be getting a console with the thought of getting both games...

As far as the dead horse goes... I think that at least 75% of current PS3 owners will at least rent GTA4... and maybe 50% of XBox 360 owners...

Doesn't GTA3 or GTA:SA hold the title for most games sold per system sold? Like percentage wise... I dunno...

Vice City's storyline was awesome, so is Ray Liotta.

At times in that trailer the FPS look staggering.

It looks nice and shitty like most GTA's, they actually seemed to have worked on the graphics a bit. The game play looks a bit more realistic but still the same basic sh!t. GTA games are fun but I get bored of em quickly, it's the same thing over and over. I'll probably play this at one of my boy's house (like i've done with all the other GTA's, never bought one besides the old ones for PS1). The one thing I do like, it's finally in the place where it belongs, DIPSET CITY!

Yeah. I haven't really kept up with this. Are they going to release it on the PC as well? Framerate would be better then.

Im gonna goto LES and cop from Slim then shoot uptown to Inwood wit Marley and the Haze.
