Even CNN is getting in on the Grand-Theft Auto IV news craze. They're saying this title could de-throne the current king, Halo 3, from his short-lived throne as the #1 selling title of all time with a whopping $400 million in sales in its first week...I agree with them. Quote:
Grand Theft Auto 4 is loud, violent, and racy -- and gaming fanatics can't wait to play it, some even vowing to take the day off work or school to get their hands on it.
The video game industry estimates "GTA 4" will sell about 6 million copies and make about $400 million in sales worldwide in its first week alone. If those numbers hold up, the game would break the record held by the current all-time sales champ, Halo 3.
One reason for the great expectations is that the fourth version of Grand Theft Auto can be played on Microsoft's Xbox 360as well as Sony's Playstation 3.

| | | Well the mass issues concerning GTA4 freezing on various PS3's should concern people.
I agree it will probably beat Halo 3... but halo 3 was only on one console, but then again, the 360 didn't have much else at the time, and a huge user base.
