E308: Sims 3 Screenshots and Trailer Released

Well if anyone didn't already know, the Sims 2 has become the all time best selling game ever for a PC with over 50 million copies/expansions sold worldwide. Naturally there was a sequel in the works and now we finally have screenshots and a trailer to along with the third installment of the franchise.

Didn't realise Sims 2 was so successful - I guess it's not surprising with the amount of expansions. So what new features are there in Sims 3 briefly?
