Have a look at this article that says GTAIV is coming to the PC. They found out via the ESRB ratings system who has it listed under the PC platform. Quote:

Anyway, the official news is that GTA 4 definitely will be released on PC. But even that’s not the only damn great news today! These are the most official news ever published about GTA 4. | | | You guys will be sick of it after a few days...its just the same stuff over and over and over again. I never did finish it on the 360 took it back and got $30 on trade at gamestop. It is fun for the first few hours of gameplay... but gets rather tired after that.

Hpmrst;y, I played online maybe twice. I Was referring to the SP campaign which gets kind of old after awhile. Still a great game just a bit too repetitive for my tastes
