EA is taken a scalpel to Orange Box on PC and is splitting it into three for retail. Confirmed during yesterday's EA financial conference call, Team Fortress 2, Portal and Half-Life 2: Episode Two should be available individually before we wave goodbye to March.There's no details on pricing as yet, but it may be that Half-Life 2: Episode Two and Team Fortress 2 will come in around 20 quid, Portal 15. That's only our guess, mind.
| Now for us hardcore Valve fans, we already own the orange box and this news isn't relevant to you... But for those of you who refuse to pay $45 only to play one small game such as Portal, now is your chance to buy them individually for half the price. I personally think they should have just released the Black Box with TF2, HL:2 E2, and Portal for like $35 from the beginning. LiNk
