Voodoo announces the Envy, Omen

HP and Voodoo have announced the new Envy notebook and Omen desktop.

The Envy is a pretty neat little machine - carbon fiber, 3.3 lbs, 13.3" WXGA, HDMI port, multi-touch touchpad, LED backlit keyboard, solid state HD option, etc. Check out the specs at Voodoo:

The Omen is a monster Desktop PC, everything you'd expect from Voodoo. Specs are too monstrous to post, but when it starts with a built-in 7" display, you know the pocket book is going to hurt. Same link as the Envy.

Yes, these are the rigs Voodoo was talking about last week with their teasers. No prices yet.

actually the Envy is supposedly around $2000. The Omen starts at $7000.

Yeah, I like the look of the laptop, too, great traveler with power, looks nice, not overstated or flashy.

the envy looks sexy as hell...I'm actually very surprised that this is coming from Voodoo...the tower, while I'm sure it's chock full of uberness, just isn't my thing, but some dude with a ton of money is going to love it...

THE OMEN is way overpriced but the envy is freakn HOTT I am seriously thinking about getting this. I was going to get one the new toshiba laptops because they are "sexy" but this envy is freakn awesome. Also WTF do i need a damn screen on my desktop, the omen looks to big to be set on a desk to actually use the screen. You have to sit on the floor in order to use it. The only thing that it would be good for is a system monitor but it still doesn't make it worth the price. My current desktop will pretty much pwn this anyways and it was $3,000 cheaper (not bragging just trying to make a point)

I think Voodoo is only selling Omen to "previous Voodoo owners", kinda like how Ferrari prioritizes shipments to previous owners.
