XBox360: Controller joysticks to keyboard/mouse conversion possible?

Does anyone know if there is anything out there that makes the XBox360 playable on a keyboard & mouse-type setup? I don't know much about programing but it shouldn't be that hard, right?

Any news? Ideas etc..?

BTW you can use a wired or wireless controller (with special dock) on a PC. I use it for Trackmania

Sorry to burst anyone bubble, but it does not work, not with gears, not lost planet, not dead rising, nothing. I bought one about a month ago and it was a complete disappointment, not only did I waste the $80 on the device I had to buy a wired controller setting me back another $35. The only thing it does well is being able to plug in a PS2 controller, but for the price it is not worth it.

thats terrible.. Does anyone know if this is a common thing? or did you just get a bad one maybe...??

i cant imagine it wouldn't work. I mean all the buttons are programmable. I know the left joypad is set to WASD and right joypad is set to mouse movements; those cant be adjusted. But all the buttons have to be set. Are you sure you went in and set all the buttons to a function? Cause ive red a few reviews and heard nothing about GoW not working. In fact, on most of the sites that advertise this system they use "GoW" as an examaple of games its COMPATIBLE with.

I'de like to hear more from TaxiDriver about this...
