Steam is taking over the world. I'm using this thread to update everyone on the newest games that are being released on the Steam Network. With high speed connections as fast as they are today, there will soon be no need to purchase games via retail stores anymore.

Capcom's Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition is now available for purchase on Steam for $19.95.

it would be nice if they actually discounted the games due to the lack of packaging and physical disks.

its more of a convenience thing. same reason why milk costs $4.50 at a 7/11 whereas $3.20 at a supermarket...

Capcom has a ton of games coming out this week including Lost Planet which I am really looking forward to.

Trackmania United is coming out Tommorrow June 14th.

I will definitly be buying that ASAP (since its only $24 for the preorder)

that's what banks thought when they charged at first for online banking. then they realized that they could hire fewer tellers if people used the service, and made it free.

If you can sell more games without packaging, you should charge less.
