I was able to get an almost perfect score on expert. GH is still difficult even if you play an actual guitar, but you would have to completely lack rhythm to not be able to master the drum kit on this game. You beat on 4 pads... wow.
The guitar is nothing special either, but I can see people buying it to play it, but not much else. IMO Guitar Hero is more fun.
