Guitar Hero 3 Help

Well i got it for the pc. Well i am running a Asus m2n sli vista mother board 2gb of ram 8800 of video card. The sound chip is a cmedia 5601. Well i am like ya install the game and like woo so i plug into the guitar witch is usb then DUN DUN DUN....... STATCI SOUND GALORE

uh oh i had a problem similar to this with my reciever that allows me to connect my xbox 360 wirless controller to my pc....i start the game all i heard was static sound so i unplugged it restarted my pc started the game up and no static sound....i plugged it back into the usb and boom static sound once again...i don't know if you have tried starting the game without the guitar but if you haven't i would try...

Well some people already have Fender's and want Guitar Hero for fun.

That's the silliest thing I have ever heard.

I just don't get Guitar Hero really. (Or at least the ppl that think they can play guitar b/c they "are liek teh best at teh Guitar Hero!")
