TigerDirect has a bad or perhaps even horrible reputation, but this is a good purchase regardless $249.99.
The only thing you'd be doing it is buying it through them, as I believe warranty issue on chips can be handled with Intel itself Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Processor HH80562PH0568M - 2.40GHz, 8MB Cache, 1066MHz FSB, Kentsfield, Quad-Core, OEM, Socket 775, Processor at TigerDirect.com
