How to play Fallout in window mode?

I have it installed on a W2K machine but i can install in on XP. Can i play it windowed on either W2k or XP? How do i set it up?

Well I know for a fact that you CAN run it in XP. I play it on my tablet all the time. However, I dont know about having it windowed...
