Well, it's not that odd to give your computer a name anymore, at least not in modern geekdom.

Sentimental attachment to your computer may play a small role in it. In my case, it is mostly because it needs to have a network name.

Besides, it is easier to identify a system by a more recognizable name than KXP-325K4254J113.

Oh yeah, that room is mainly my workshop to repair stuff and do freelance graphics/AV work so hope you understand the mess. It doubles as the entertainment room though but don't bring much people there.

Congrat's on the new case,look forward to see what you decide to fill it with.
Messy PC setup,mmm,I think its a lot of fun to wallow in ones pc junk,all those pics you see of nice tidy setups are BS for the camera I'm sure.

Heh, heh. I'm constantly testing out stuff and randomly get computers for maintenance (not that I can repair everything) so yeah, although I try to keep things as organized as possible, there is no use in cleaning up constantly if you're gonna need to move things around the next day.

And c'mon, what geek's playroom or desk is squeaky clean with no parts or screwdrivers roaming all over it?
