: 62 nd | | | Case Decal Question Over the summer im looking to build a case from scratch, have the panels painted white when ordered, and then take one of the panels, and get a class(havent desided yet, but im thinking the sniper or scout) from Team Fortress 2 some how "printed" on it. Does anybody have any idea how to do this by myself, or somewhere i can send it?

| | | There's a lot of options. Vinyl is one, so is airbrushing, silk-screening, and heat transfers.

 : 62 nd | | | Is the vinyl like a sticker type material?
Airbrushing is out of the question, that would cost to much, but that would be the way i would prefer it done.
I never heard of silk-screening, what is it?
And heat transfer is what im leaning towards, but im not sure if that would warp the panels.

| | | Silk screening is normally done on t-shirts, but it can be done on pretty much anything. A frame with a piece of silk-like mesh has a negative image of what you want painted applied so ink only goes through where the intended image will be. The frame is pressed against where you want the image, ink across the bottom and squeegeed up. The ink goes through the mesh in the pattern you want. Multiple colors require multiple passes with different patterns.

| | | Get a spray paint can. Now print out the design you want. Cut it out from the paper. Spray paint over the paper.
