Changing HDD Drive Letter
Ok so I am about to install vista ultimate, but I first want to change the drive letter for my hdd's. i am running two hdd's in raid 0, and they are currently set to H:, which really doesnt matter except for some crappily coded programs sometimes expect the drive to be C: and i get mad crazy windows no disk errors when loading some programs up. so basically i want to change my drive letter from H: to C:. i will be formatting my computer, but the vista dvd i got is not bootable. what's the best way to do this?

I would just goto Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management. Once that opens go down to Disk Management and then right click on your raid drives and then Change Drive Letter.

Although if XP is already installed you can't do anything, but if you just format it with the Vista disc you should be fine and it will reset to C
