VHS --> DVD recorders (hellooo 2001!)
My moms birthday is coming up in a month or so, and its high time we get rid of the 1,500+ (no, not kidding) tapes we have in the garage.

Does anyone know of any reliable recorders with good quality recording, that I wouldnt have to sell a body part for?

EDIT: Preferably less than $150. Thanks

Oh my bad lol. I heard some of my relatives talking about some Sony thing that looked like that to record VHS

they're tough to find in that price range, but try the magnavox mwr20v6, has a one-touch vhs-to-dvd dealio.

I have no idea about the quality (at $35 probably not that great) and it is refurbished, but woot is selling a dvd recorder today. I'd imagine you could connect the vcr up through the tuner.

Well, if there are any good ones that are over the price, post em anyway, Ill search the couch cushions for the extra money if I really need to
