I did try to run them before OCing right after i just finished my clean XP install....im going to go against all sanity and install a clean load of vista HP and see what happens with that, maybe a dual boot set up....thanks for all of your help guys!!

as a side note, started up some CSS and was running a great 90+fps average online with no slow downs, so at least thats running nicely....
