Apologies if this has been asked 1Million times before, but can anyone suggest a program that does this?

ntrsfrml loves playing with their D-key!
Fraps OR in modern games like Far Cry or HL-2 you can use console commands.

Fraps is what you want. Can also be used to take screenshots or movies.
