I have 1.5 GB 172 pin PC2700 333mhz MicroDimm memory module. Currently playing BF2 in 1280x800 in medium with x2 AA with no lag and loving every second in my Sony Vaio S170P !

Look on Nvidia.com with the month's best rigs, there is a guy with 16 GB Ram and special developer graphics cards in SLI formation...it's like 1000$ for each card if i'm correct.
