I just sold both my Asus 8800 GTXs on eBay. Yeah it was cool for a while being able to max everything out. After about a month though I started realising I didn't care that much after all. I am back to using my Asus X1950 Pro, and honestly, for source games - can't tell the difference unless I have net_graph up and monitor it.

I think you made a mistake. I've been lurking the hardware threads for some time now and it's clear that uber high frame rates justify any screw up you've ever made in life.
