Straight from nGadget, just a few hours ago, the new 3G iphone planted itself right at the window of a shop in Switzerland. It's all curvy and pretty. nGadget report
Looks like there was an unboxed version handled in Portuguese even a few hours before the Swiss store sighting. manhandled
