    sure it is. it just hasn't gotten to all Droiders yet. that's why you can use it to update your droid without root.

    Figured it out, Chrome was borking the download. Downloaded through IDM, updating now.

    Wish I figured that out before wiping the phone and sd card haha. I'm so impatient.

    Yeah, It auto downloaded pretty much everything I had installed. Just got to move my photos and music back over and I'll be in bidness.

    So far so good. Seems quicker, lots of interface changes.
