I love that phrase about RIM... "Buy the rumor". They announce BB10 and MAYBE... a year and a half later, it could be released. In the meantime, we've seen at least 2 updates from Apple, Windows go from 7 to 7.5 to 8, Android from 2.3 to 4.0 to 4.1 and now 4.2.

But, BB10 is coming! Soon! It'll be the bestest yet! It'll make the Playbook slightly less of a kludge! It'll bring your phone up to where everyone else was in 2010! Yay!

Remember when the Apple V. Samsung hearings were heating up, I said that anytime someone claims a patent violation in court, it opens up scrutiny of that patent.
