External Battery with latest Type-C Port Connection

After extensive research into a external battery I bought a RAVPower 20100mAh Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 USB-C/Type-C Port External Battery

I bought this as my Cell Phone is a new Google Phone..the Huawei Nexus 6P. This phone has the latest Port for charging and transferring data the Type-C Port Connection.

After hours of reading researching, reading product comments, reviews into options out there, I settled on this external battery for my phone and future devices as the Type-C Port Connection becomes the Port manufacturers of Tech are moving too.

RavPower was one of a couple of companies that are specialists in external battery power of Tech with this Type-C Port Connection. Here are its connections :-

Im not sure but I think Apple's Laptops have started using it, however I might be wrong ?

Back to the RavPower, here you see it next to my Cell Phone to give you an idea of size :-

Its fantastic and charges my phone many times over and very quickly. Another key thing to note is the RavPower supports Qualcomm Quick Charging. To this end I extensively researched Qualcomm Plugs and bought a UK and European plug for when im away. They're identical apart from the pins to plug to the wall. I settled on the Qualcomm Certified Quick Charge 3.0 Tronsmart 42W 3-Port USB Wall Charger. It features 1x standatd USB Port offering the Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 (3.0 is fastest available) and 2 Standard USB Port that use Tronsmart's Smart 'Volt iQ' Technology.

Here's a picture of info included and the EU & UK plugs and my phone so you get the size :-

To conclude, the phone, external battery and plugs work flawlessly together in this combination. The RavPower is charged at speed and charges my Phone very quickly. However the RavPower comes with a protective sleeve, but I didnt feel this was enough for protection so I'd invested in a foam, waterproof small camera bag to put the battery, plugs and cables in if you buy one and feel the same.

Hope this info is useful to anyone considering External Batteries, especially if they want the Type-C Port connectivity.

I might do testing on charging time etc if I find time to run them all down and there's interest in that.
