They're predicting oil below $90/barrel by January... but again, not supply and demand, simply the world responding to Bush and his Big Oil friends leaving office.

It could happen, but it requires a high supply, reducing demand, an increase in the value of the U.S. dollar, and a lil' more confidence in the stability of the mideast, South America, and Nigeria. IF all those factors fall into line, we could see oil at half the current parket price. Pretty much all the oil producing nations say $70 a barrel is the real value.

i agree it's high, but the issues with Iran and Venezuela, the 30% yearly increase in usage from China and India, and the value of dollar unlikely to increase significantly, I'd say, puts it at $120.
