MK hasnt been able to reach greatness again, since the Genesis days.

I dont know if its simply that other great fighting games such as Soul Calibur are what people want nowadays, or if its because they cant capture what made the first 2 (maybe even part 3 as well) so great.

Anyways... Xbox live is getting classic MK.

I think fighting games in general are falling out of the console spetrum... Street Fighter and MK and Tecken were awesome but something happened where people would rather be playing multiplayer war games and recon games over fighting..

It's the achievement or level system that people want to be focxused on in gaming. The fighting games have never really embraced this formula.

this game also includes some kind of mario cart mode... which is just strange...
