Who here plays Guitar Hero 3?

Any one here play guitar Hero 3? If so what difficulty level do you play on? I am stuck on easy. I get destroyed if I try it on any other skill level. But i have beat the game on easy. Any tips on how I could get better?

i beat it on expert a while back. my advice is move onto medium and start using your pinky. the more you play the better you get.

I play Bass Guitar... much better than Guitar Hero. You should really pick up a cheap Strat or something and learn guitar, then you will see how much of a masturbation GH is.

I play the real guitar two. And yes GH3 is nothing like playing a real one, but its fun.

i am on the second or third to last set on hard. it really picks up in difficulty then. i can beat cliffs over dover on hard though

Its not that bad on hard.... expert is killer.

Right now I'm stuck on Cult of Personality on Expert...

My wife and I play some GH3 on the PS3, but she is much better at it than I am. She can sit down and just play the notes where as I have to stand up and get all Angus Young with the beat or I just can't get into it (she laughs at me when I throw in a leg kick)

Btw : with all the new games that have come out for the PS3 and PC we left off on medium but we'll be back as it is hella fun :cheers:

just get that main riff down with the hammer on's and pulloffs and get the star powa.

lou on expert took me forever to beat. and raining blood on expert took pretty much a whole afternoon to get down.

Yeah I got close (I only really tried it once so far lol)

The main problem for me is that I don't even really care if I make it any further... my 4 least favorite songs are the last 4 anyway, because they musically are just not that great (I would argue that a few of them aren't even the band's best songs).
