| I would have to say a definite NO. Firstly, those games have a total combined monetary value of $20, not to mention JamPack is a demo disc and mostly useless. Secondly, a NEW PS2 or PSTwo runs $150. Also, if it's an actual extra DualShock controller and not some thirdparty knockoff, that runs about $30. So I'd have to say it's not worth it. Buy a new console, get an extra controller if you actually need it, and buy the games you want.
If you're strapped for the money, look into a Preowned console from Gamestop. I bought mine preowned from Gamestop about 2.5 years ago and have had absolutely no problems with it. Good luck.
