First thoughts.... PSP King Kong

Just got it today, picked it up for $37 after having Circuit City price match Target.

1st impression; very disappointed that where the textures meet will break apart at times (rare) or that you can see where then meet due to a thin white line (often)

Aiming is difficult at best, nothing on the screen to show you where you are aiming.

Gameplay is good, its a bit difficult to find whats biting you since you have to worry about turning around and looking up and down. Graphics (except for those breaks) are very good.

Cutscenes are incredible, animated, not taken from the movie, but just incredible looking.

If you can get Circuit City to price match target, get it for the $12 off regular price.

Being Kong is great, its like two games for the price of one.

This is one of the most addictive games I have played as of yet on the PSP next to SOCOM.

The tearing effect I haven't seen since the beginning, i do still occassional see where textures meet but they don't take away from the game.

1st person as Jack, 3rd as Kong

The price? I took a Target ad to Circuit City and they matched and took off an addittional 10% of the difference. Target ad is good until Saturday.
