Sony PSP Countdown Thread

Isn't anyone here excited about the SONY PSP !?! Seriously, the only reason i'd get the nintendo ds is for nintendogs .. but overall .. the sony psp is just way better .. hey and I say this unbiased, and as a loyal nintendo fan and supporter since it's very first console (i've got every single one of them .. up till gc .. but i'm dissapointed in the ds .. gotta admit its innovative .. but the game lists look crappy .. and the game play looks like horrid .. personal opinion) ..

Anyway .. the countdown begins to the SONY PSP ! The greatest handheld evermade ! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

P.S.: I'm really dissapointed in nintendo .. it has always been my family's tradition to get a nintendo .. but this time .. it's just .. bad .. :$

I saw the video of GT4 Mobile and it looks just as good as the PS2. Think I may have to trade in my Xbox.

Maybe I'll get Halo 2 now and play it until the PSP comes out which isn't that long. Besides, I don't even touch Halo anymore.

i personally am not excited about any games coming out for it, not even GT4 (though i will say that it does look damn good)

To speak the truth .. Neither am I .. the ony title that I really like so far is NFS:Underground on PSP .. I use an IBM X40 - means no games like hl2, farcry and all while i'm at uni ... which is pretty sad ... and i'm kinda looking for something to keep me entertained cross country ... so no consoles ... and of the 2 handhelds .. i like nintendo ds for solely nintendogs .. but altho the psp titles dun seem 1/2 as exciting as stalker and hitman2 .. it definitely appeals more to me than the nintendo titles so far .. so i'd probably get the psp first .. then if i have enuf moola .. i'd get the ds too :P boy oh boy i can't wait till i get the PSP

my problem with the psp is the lack of originality. All the games, it seems, aren't "special" in anyway. They might as well just be PS2 ports, which doesnt excite me at all. The Nintendo DS has a ton of originality, not that i'm gonna buy that either though. Although I would like to see what a baseball game would be like on the DS.....mmmm..



As for the PSP, maybe in a few months when there are more games, I'll take interest. We'll see.
