Sony PSP - Not Regionless After All ?

Ok, upon further investigation I found this little pic:

I had not seent his before. This makes me thing that maybe it doesnt really mean that games are region coded. I mean, it just says UMD, and we have always known that UMD movies ARE region coded.

So like they said in IGN we will just have to wait and see... and hopefuly, Sony will make an official announcement. In the meantime I will just be happy with my PSP and if it does turn out to be region coded, I am sure I will still be able to sell it for all of what I paid for it.

yeah i just read that article too... interesting move on sonys part about the US bundle and supposed no standard with just the PSP. I do think though that you're right Enderet in that the region is probably not applicable to the games they'll make and just the UMD movies/etc. again, as IGN said, we'll all find out about it when US games are released

That’s right Enderet, if you run into problems you can just sell it. In the mean time you are going to have yourself a PSP. Send some pictures and a review if you find the time to put it down when you get it. Enjoy
