Sony PSP Software

Has anyone bought/tried the Sony Video conversion software? It is only $20 but I want to know how well it works and how the video quality looks. I wonder if my Vegas Video 5 suite will do the same work.

There is freeware out there (PSPVideo9?).. there is at least 2 conversion tools I have at home already.. not at home ATM so can't give you names or links, but I'm sure these guys here will.. Don't spend money when you get get FREE (legal of course)

I've used the free ones and they work great, so why pay for the software?
