Shoulder buttons on psp

I got my psp last night. I found a few dead pixals, but you really have to look for them, and have the right color of screen to see them, so that is not to bad.

The thing I find I dont' like much is how clunky my right should button is. Is the shoulder buttons somewhat loose (a little wiggle) on every psp? Also, they do seem a little loud when pressed. I just wondered if those are common problems, or if I have a shabby psp?
