excuses for exchanging your PSP

many of you know that i recently bought a psp and it had one dead pixle on it, but today 3 more shows up and it hasnt even been one week yet. i went back to best buy and they told me that i can get a refund on it but i cant exchange it because of dead pixles. i see, another best buy has them too, so i'm planning to go to that best buy but what is a good excuse to tell them to exchange it?

Tell them that after 10 minutes of playing it always shuts off and reboots. They're not gonna stand there playing it for 10 minutes to find out.

that wont work cause i saw some guy there the other day exchanging his PSP and those geek squat idiots were actually testing them.

the thing is that i bought it with gift cards and i dont think they will give me a refund but if they do i have no use for the gift cards except getting the psp. nothing else that i need or want from over priced best buy.

i have to buy them with my gift cards, i'm not spending $250+ on it and probably ended up with a defective POS.
