My most anticipated RTS games

Well, here are my 4 so far....the ones that I will buy when they come out.

1. Star Wars: Empire at War
2. Earth 2160
3. The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth II
4. WarHammer: Dawn of War (Winter Assault)

Any other good ones? I am not sure if I will get Age of Empire 3 or not.

Age of Empire 3 will be better than those 4 in my opinion. Come on, the age series created a phenomenon in the RTS market. From AoE to Rome: Total War to Empire Earth 2. If you read about it in the newest Computer Gaming Monthly, you'll be amazed of what they are planning to do with it.

Age of Empires III is probably the most anticipated, even by me..and I'm not a huge fan of AOE, or the genre...but still, it looks so damn impressive, it's hard not to want the game.

Other ones that could be considered big, are the Dawn of War expansion, and Panzers: Phase II(Panzers: Phase one is considered an RTS Sleeper hit).

Well, as for as timelines goes, Dawn of war is almost upon us while AOE III is still a bit off with the other two due end of the year or next year so I would say all 4 as the pacing is about right. Get thru DOW then AOE III then SW:EAW then Middleearth.

Age of Empire III and Starwars: Empires at War for me. Battle for Middle Earth II looks good too.
