Commandos 3.....

Picked this one up at the bargain bin at FRY's

I'm a big fan of Commandos 2. That is an awesome game. Immensely challenging, and kind of hard to classify! It's not really an rts. Not an rpg, not an adventure game, not a shooter....I guess it is everything rolled up into one.

Commando 3 appears to have the same graphics engine, maybe a bit better, but everything looks really cool. Here's the thing. The difficulty hasn't changed. Still HARD! I can't even get past the first level with the enemy sniper!

Those looking for something diffent to play...I don't think you will be disappointes with Commandos 2 or 3. A relatively older game, but still fun!

I did enjoy the Commandos series, but the games were WAY TO DAMN HARD for casual gamers to enjoy. You really had to think, and think fast to play these games.

Neo, you hit it on the money! That's right! With the Commandos games, you can't take your eyes away from the screen, even for a few seconds, and you always have to be aware of where all your men are. To top it off, you have to be able to switch back and forth between the men and operate and manipulate them...........it becomes one big frenzy sometimes. But you gotta admit, there are many suspensful moments..

Commandos 1 had me hooked. I don't think I ever actually beat it, I think I got to the last level and got stumped, then lost my source of a computer. Commandos 2 was fun too, but like they said, HARD. I didn't get past the 3rd level on that though.

Commandos 3 I haven't even seen. I'll have to check it out.

Commandos 2 is really a good game. The developers are really artists. The graphics are awesome, and once you get into it, it is satisfylingly (is that even a word?) challenging.

I recommend these games for those of you looking for something other than hard rts, FPS's, CSS, WOW, etc..

But man, Commandos 3..I can't even get past the first level.....

very sad!
